The home of our headquarters, Knutsford, is currently gripped with RHS fever as the famous flower show hits Tatton Park home from today until the 23rd of July.
As part of the celebrations a number of Knutsford businesses make it their mission to reflect the RHS ethos by extending the flower show to their very own premises. A friend of ours MR POP ( Pulse of Perfumery), Peter Murray has created a spectacular arrangement.
Our director Julian managed to catch an unusually quiet moment with him before the throngs arrived today.
Peter’s window is a tribute to Israeli designer Elie Saab whose eponymous scent carries this description:
Radiant, voluptuous, addictive. The top note opens with a sun-kissed, radiant orange blossom, as an ode to light. The middle note develops into a jasmine absolute, a legendary flower in perfumery, revealing voluptuousness and elegance. It combines with a pure, modern patchouli heart. The base note unfolds into a cedar woody accord adding character and a lingering trail, while the honey rose envelops the composition in a beautifully addictive note.
The window is breath taking with bees and dragonflies are already making it their home.
